Who we are
This website is operated by Onwani Properties, a licensed real estate broker in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Reg. No. ADM 202400966902), Al Saada Tower, Office 902, Al Maamoura, Abu Dhabi, P.O. Box 29257. In this policy “Onwani”, “we” and “us” refer to Onwani Properties.
What we collect
- Details you give us — your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, the project or property you are interested in, budget, preferred viewing time and any message, when you fill in a form on this website or an instant form on Facebook or Instagram, or when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Campaign and usage data — the page you came from, campaign tags (UTM parameters), device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To contact you about the properties and services you asked about, send brochures, price lists and availability, and arrange viewings.
- To give mortgage and financing guidance where you request it.
- To keep a record of enquiries in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website, including building advertising audiences on Meta and Google.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to serve your request: with the developer of a project you are interested in (for example to register your interest or a booking), with mortgage and banking partners if you ask for financing advice, and with service providers that host our website, CRM, email and advertising tools (including Meta Platforms and Google), under their own data-protection terms. We may also disclose data where required by UAE law or a competent authority.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and analytics cookies to understand which adverts and pages lead to enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up your request and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping, and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@onwaniproperties.ae or calling +971 2 886 7991. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
